Implantation bleed: Kya. this could be an implantation bleed (as the ovum implants into your uterine wall). About 25% of pregnancies have some form of bleeding. Implantation bleeding is totally normal, if that is what your bleeding was. If you develop severe pain or a severe increase in bleeding, see your OB. Hope this helps!
