Had intercourse 13 days before my menstrual and the day of it i notices pink spotting for two days and last day nothing and a day later i received a light flow could it be pregnancy or something might be wrong with my menstrual (28 day cycle )?

Likely not pregnant: You are likely not pregnant if your cycles are regular and this happened during what sounds like in the middle of your month. However, first, doing a pregnancy test wouldn't be a bad idea and if you don't get a regular period, you should get examined.
