No! Go to ER: If you mean 6 weeks pregnant, heavy bleeding is definitely a serious symptom. Indeed, heavy bleeding at any time in pregnancy is always serious. You should seek immediate evaluation at your closest emergency room now.

6 weeks pregnant?: Or postpartum? Either way, NO! If you are cramping and bleeding and you are pregnant, you may be miscarrying. Time to get to the hospital. If you are alone and getting dizzy or is severe pain, call 911. It is possible on occasion to have life threatening blood loss during a miscarriage. You will need a pelvic ultrasound to look at the uterine contents. Please get help. Call OB now.

Unsure: Well, Timothy, I'm not sure what type of bleeding you mean. If, Timothy, you are pregnant, then that would be bad and a reason to go to the ER. If, Timothy, you have menstrual cycles every 6 wk while you are on DEPO, then that is unlikely to mean very much. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health
