Medical Abortion: After a medical abortion, you'll experience bleeding and cramping and you may pass clots. The abortion may take place within four to five hours and is usually completed within one to two days. Very occasionally, it can take up to two weeks to pass the pregnancy. http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/abortion-before-during-and-after-an-abortion-when-to-call-a-doctor#1

Pregnant?: Were you pregnant or using morning after pill? If pregnant. You should follow up with your doctor to make sure the entire pregnancy was expelled. If it was morning after pill, then you will likely have some irregular bleeding for 2 or 3 months See your doc for some good contraception. Good luck.
