Myofascial: Hello,Chest pain in fibromyalgia is usually due to muscle trigger points in your chest wall. Let your doctor know. A cardiac workup may be done,which likely may be normal and not cardiac(you are only 40).It is possible you may be referred to a physiotherapist skilled in fibromyalgia. Get better soon.
