Why does thoracic surgery do armpits?

Armpits: Not sure, need more info such as what is the planned surgery or what is the diagnosis. I'm a breast surgeon and I do the extra breast tissue in the armpit area, I do not do hidradenitis however, i refer to general surgery or plastic surgeon.

Not always: Depends on the problem with the arm pits ... Can often be done by general surgeons ...
