Head posture: Yes indeed. Strengthen neck muscles, practice walking perfectly straight, learn ballet posture, sit straight, concentrate on straight. A good exercise is standing straight against a wall, heels touching, rump touching, upper back touching, and back of head touching. Then push back of your head against the wall as an isometric. Hold it 20 sec. Repeat. Hold it 30 sec. Repeat. Hold it 40 sec. X4
