Burn or Cellulitis??: Burn or cellulitis might require two very different approaches to treatment ultimately. However, the associated symptom "hurts very bad". I would address with a pain medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. This may also help with the inflammation that is likely associated with either a burn or a cellulitis. In any case you should be evaluated in the next 24-48 hours by your doctor.
