Get help!: She needs medical care. Enlist the help of family/friends. Meanwhile, listen to her non-judgmentally but don't argue with her. That may just anger her. She may be more willing to see her primary care physician first who can then refer her to a psychiatrist. Delusions can be dangerous & whatever's causing them needs to be addressed and treated. It's clear you care about her.
