Get checked: A penile discharge often indicates an infection. If you have been having unprotected sex it could be due to a sexually transmitted disease. If not, there are other infections that can do this. So get checked out. Avoid intercourse until seen, either way. Other causes are possible as well, but you need to see a doc to find out. If you have fever, vomiting, or increased pain, get seen at ER.
