See gyne: These may be molluscum or herpetic vesicles or some other condition but it is best to discuss with your primary care physician

Needs to be seen: It can be warts (HPV virus) or molluscs, check with your PCP. Needs to be seen to get the right treatment.

Leave them alone: You should see your gynecologist as soon as you can. In the mean time, do not pick or squeeze any of the lesions, as this can cause a secondary infection and make things worse.
