See below: Having multiple partners or sex with males and females doesn't give you HIV. Having multiple partners (either gender) and/or unprotected sex does increase your risk for contracting HIV though. The only way to get HIV through sex is if a partner was infected. Then, you have a chance of getting it but, still, it is not definite. Advice: Don't have unprotected sex with multiple partners.
