88 is normal: Unless I read wrong, the heart rate of 88 beats per minute is normal. Greater than 100 may be abnormal and only then if not explained by some trigger (exercise. infection, etc.) that would cause the heart rate the rise appropriately. Why do you feel your heart is not "healthy"? How old are you? If you have concerns, make an appointment with your doctor and explain what is happening.
