Cyts: Sebaceous cysts are commonly found on the head. Usually, they are not bothersome to most unless they become inflamed and sometimes have to be drained with a minor surgical procedure. There is always the option for a surgeon or dermatologist to remove the cyst while it is not inflamed to get rid of the cyst permanently.

No: Worry about infection. Many can be cured with minor procedures. Most expand over time and collection of sebaceous debris internally.
