Dead tissue: Gangrene is generally due to impaired blood flow, and may be combined with poor venous outflow, and or infections. Arterial disease and smoking, diabetes, hyperlipidemia etc are all in the diagnostic pattern . Gangrene is the end game! Amputation, of limb, toe, etc is frequently the result of the ischemia and dead tissue.

Things to consider: Not typical for over the counter Wartner. Contains chemicals w/ a freezing action on the wart /skin. If you have other conditions related to poor circulation or diabetes, discoloration &/or skin breakdown can occur. With these conditions Wartner may compromise the skin and local superficial vessels. Have your doc check. Gangrene: death of tissue . Signs :dark color w/severe pain or loss of feeling
