Range of normal: I usually look for babies to walk at about one year, though 8 to 17 months is a reasonable range. Most babies "cruise" before walking, i.e., they walk holding onto chairs or couches. It sounds like your baby is right on track! lgromkomd.

Be patient: Most will pull to stand & cruise between 9m-1y if born on time, later if premi. I expect independent walking by 15m. I worry if they walk too soon as they might sneak out of the house when you're not looking.

She's cruising, so : Baby-proof your house: pot handles inward, no dangling cords; safety locks on cabinets & plugs in sockets. Use aap's healthy child app's tips on development & discipline. Avg. For 10 independent steps =12 3/4 mos., upper limits of nl. = end of 16 mos. Don't use a walker for an ex-preemie or baby with developmental delays. Limit use to <10% of the time for a full-term, typically-developing baby.

Walking: Average age for walking is 13months. Although babies can begin to walk earlier and as late as 15months. Avoid using walker, that does not help and can actually delay walking.
