Yes, certainly: Allergies affect all the mucous membranes connected with the repiratory tract, nose, mouth, airway, throat and conjunctiva (eyes). Some people develop pruritis in the skin due to mast cells releasing histamine and there are many of these cells in the skin surface region. Those are common symptoms of allergy, especially to environmental allergens, but irritants can trigger also. Antihistamines help

Of course: see if benadry by mouth works for your skin, but you will need an ophthalmic antihistamine for eye relief (they are mostly prescribed)
