Monitor Pressure: If you are having symptoms, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, headaches, slow heart beat or skipped beats, get to the ER to be checked out immediately.

Nothing: Taking one extra blood pressure pill usually does not cause a problem. If you have a blood pressure machine, you might check it. The medicine should be out of your system by the next dose, so unless you feel bad, resume the medication as usual. If you do feel sick, call your doctor. Try not to do that in the future!
