Legal question: I am sorry, but as doctors we are not really qualified to answer this legal question. The answer varies from state to state, and a Bar certified lawyer in your state would be the one best able to advise you on the law if you die as a minor. Once you become a legal adult, the law will treat your property differently and you should again talk to a lawyer about that.
