A member asked:

I have a slightly large pimple like sore on my back. it's not itchy but it is painful. could it be from a spider bite?

Unlikely: Most common lesion on the back as you described is a pimple or sebaceous cyst. Both of which are localized skin infections/inflammations. A spider bite could occur on back but is less likely. A spider bite could get infected or it could cause tissue necrosis as with the brown recluse spider bites. Best to have a doc look at it.
