Mouth sores: It may just be an aphthous ulcer, or canker sore. Can be caused by a virus or irritation from hot foods or even stress. RInse your mouth with warm water and a pinch of salt for local relief Or mix 5 ml of Milk of Magnesia and 5 ml of liquid Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Rinse your mouth and spit out. If the sore does not go away in 10 days, see your provider.
