MRI of spine, EMG and NCS. The results were: 1- Sight axonal loss changes with secondary demyelination of b/l sural SNAPs. 2- Moderate chronic denervation changes in L L4-S1 myotomes. MRI- degenrative changes at L5-S1. Can someone explain to me?
