Need further info: Are you currently breast feeding? is it painful? Is there any drainage? Have you had an US? Is there a palpable lump? It could be a blocked duct, abscess, cellulitis... See your doctor or a surgeon.

Breast pain: Mammograms are not 100% accurate at picking up all cancers and although I am not saying you have anything that serious you may need further evaluation. Things such as papillomas may develop. Watch this area and of it does not resolve then go back to your doctor.

The sensitivity: of mammography can be decreased to lower than 50% in dense breasts, which you probably have if you are lactating. See your doctor. A breast ultrasound may be beneficial.
