Hydrogen peroxide: Although i never would advise trying to clean wax from the ear as a home procedure, try 3% otc hydrogen peroxide. This solution will at least liquify the wax and make it easier to clean out by a physician. In my experience, i would be certain that you have wax and have it removed by an ENT doctor.
