I'm not eating more or exercising less. i'm not pregnant and i have no thyroid problem i know of-why am i gaining weight?

Weight gain: Couple different issues possible. One is that you have something like metabolic syndrome or early diabetes. The more likely issue is the type of food you are eating, which sometimes is as if not more important than the volume. Most of us in the USA also tend to have dinner as our biggest meal, unlike our European friends who eat light for dinner and hence have fewer issues with obesity
