Yes: Typically selective beta blockers work best. (Naldolol, Metoprolol and Atenolol ) . Inderal (propranolol) can be used (non-selective) but may interfere with sexual function. Another approach is to decrease "exertion" since we are basically talking about a form of exertional migraine.
