Possible infection: I don't have experience with the Nexplanon, but pus (thick white to yellow discharge) most likely indicates some degree of infection, especially if the is associated redness, increased warmth,or any swelling around the area. If so, you should be seen ASAP to look at it and start antibiotics if necessary. Good luck
