It's possible: It usually takes about 6-8 weeks to see changes in repeat labs (esp. TSH levels) after a dose adjustment. If you continue to have symptoms after normalizing your thyroid hormone levels, consider seeing a mental health specialist. While hypothyroidism can be a cause/ worsens depression, it is NOT typically associated with anxiety.
