Yes possibly: Breast CA is more common later in the life. If you are not a smoker and no Family history of Pre menopausal Breast CA; you are at very low risk for the Breast CA at this age. Fluid retention and Breast engorgement are common symptoms seen with BCP. So one or both breast pain and swelling can happen.
