A member asked:

Is regular corn as bad for you as corn syrup in term of linoleic acid which is massive in corn syrup?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

THer is no: medical benefit in ingesting corn syrup or linoleic acid. Corn is a vegetable which has nutrition but must be incorporated into the entirety of your dietary intake. It is neither bad nor good, just food. Eat it if you like it, otherwise don't.
