How to get rid of white heads under the eyes?

Maybe not whiteheads: They might be milia which are bits of keratin protein and oils trapped beneath the surface of the skin. Treatments include: using a sterile needle to pick out the contents of the cyst; destruction of the cysts using extreme heat, curettage (surgical scraping and cauterization), or cryotherapy (freezing); medications, such as topical retinoids; Chemical peels or laser. See a dermatologist.

White heads ur eyes.: Are you sure that they are "white heads"? Or is it possible are white bumps like milia and not associated with acne at all. Again, a picture would help here, either way, don't pick.
