Ouch- sprained ankle: Hi Rachel, It sounds like you hurt your ankle- very common while playing a sport. If you can bear weight on your ankle it's a good sign, probably a sprain that needs rest. If it's not getting better after babying it for a few more days- you could see your doctor about getting an xray. For now, try staying off it, keeping it raised up, and Ibuprofen as needed. Feel better : )
