Do not: Force it back or you will develop a condition called paraphimosis in which the head of the penis becomes extremely swollen. See a urologist and either ask for a circumcision,or if you are opposed to circ.,you will get a dorsal slit in which he foreskin is split on the top.It is done under local numbing anesthesia. Can happen: you need to go to the ER if it becomes more swollen and you cannot pull it back over. Sometimes in a warm bath with soap it will slip back If you have it happen more often then you may need surgery The key is whether there is increased swelling and pain
