Highly unlikely: In the absence of direct transfer of blood, it is nearly impossible to transmit HIV this way.

Yes: There are many variables that affect the transmission of HIV. But basically, any exchange of bodily fluids via saliva, blood or sexual activity can transmit HIV. The risk is theoretically lower with oral sex but please get tested if you have any concerns.
