I had a cyst for years on my foot and i believe that it popped today cuz it's a lot smaller. should i do something about it or just let the pain run?

Once the cyst: pops it releases its contents and nothing needs to be done unless there is redness around it and there is purulent drainage.

With pain: in the foot it's always a good idea to have it looked at and given recommendations to prevent recurrence of the cyst as well as to prevent infection. There are many good natural treatment options I recommend to patients for these issues.
