Can be: bloating can be normal, BUT self limited if your abdomen is hard and or tender or you have a fever, or feel dizzy when arising, go back and get checked. if a perforation occurred, it can cause internal bleeding, infection and even bowel injury--ALL emergencies. alternatively go the ER for a possible CT scan and blood count
