Cannot say: in your particular case without an exam but ketones occur with breakdown of fat/sugar/protein. Any degree of fasting or diabetes quite out of control Leukocytes are infection fighting cells and would imply an infection somewhere like a bladder infection. Infection: that mean you have urine tract infection you need to drink a plenty of water and cranberry juice and you should see your doctor for possible antibiotic UTI could turn to something serious do not ignore it good luck

UTI: Leukocytes in urine can be normal, but is often a sign of urinary tract infections. Ketones can be present in a number of conditons, but are often present with subtle dehydration or due to dietary reasons. This needs to be discussed with your doctor but may be normal or a sign of a urinary tract infection. Unless you are exhibiting signs of an infection, no antibiotic treatment is needed
