Afraid to ask: Are you doing anything strange with it? If you do know of something that you might not do for a while, give it a rest and see if it helps. But it may be some sort of nutritional deficiency - odd that other muscles don't show it too, but who knows? See a provider for lab work if it really concerns you or you have other symptoms too. I hope it gets better soon.
