Do you have Migraine: Or very bad headaches? Is this something you notice all the time or does it come and go? These are symptoms that migraineurs and epileptics experience during an attack, but some are sentitive to these things more than other people even when not having an active attack. Also sometimes pychiatric disorders or autism can cause sensory overload. I think you should see a neurologist for an evaluation.
