None.: an elevated 5 hydroxy Ndola see the cast of level, means that your body is producing more serotonin than it should.this has nothing to do with the pineal gland.which produces melatonin, but would not in any way effects 5 HIAA. Just because they could not find the source of excess production of serotonin, doesn't mean that you do not have carcinoid syndrome.
