Finish: I advise you to finish therapy and then clean yourself out with a vinegar and water disposable douche. I f not improved, see your GYN.

May need eval: If you have NO relief of symptoms, you should see your doc for evaluation. You may not have a yeast infection, but another type of infection that is not being properly treated. It is also possible, but unlikely, that you have infection with a type of yeast that is not treated with monistat.

Wait: Wait for entire course to finish. If not better, consider asking for a prescription pill to help. Possibly it's not candidiasis, and needs a different treatment?
