I have bradycardia (mostly in 50s). doc said i would have to be a marathon runner or olympic athlete to have this. is this true?

Olympics: It is very common for people who are in pretty good shape to have a heart rate in the 50s, this is called bradycardia. You do not necessarily have to be an Olympic athlete or anything like that. I recommend that you get an EKG to make sure that it'st sinus bradycardia and there is nothing else going on.
