OK: Keflex is ok. Oxycodone in lower doses should be fine. If you are using high doses, I would recommend pumping and tossing the breast milk and resume breast feeding when off the medication.

Keflex is fine: It is fine to take Keflex while breastfeeding. Oxycodone is excreted in breast milk and the clinical significance of this to the baby is unknown. Be sure you are talking to your doctor about the fact that you are breast feeding so that they can make the safest choice for pain management for you.
