See a dermatologist: Abnormal moles, especially those that are dark and changing in character, really should be seen by a dermatologist. Don't put this off, because very early skin cancers can be treated effectively, if that should be what it is. If you don't have a skin doctor, ask your family doctor to refer you to one soon.

Hard to say: Skin issues like possible pigmented lesions as you describe are difficult to diagnose without seeing them. You will be much better suited by seeing a dermatologist in person to help better characterize this problem. Best of luck.
