Unlikely: The risk is potentially there for anyone, and slightly more so for women and for BCP users. Do you have a family history of inappropriate blood clots (usually deep vein thrombosis, DVT)? They usually occur in one leg (not both), so pain in both legs would not raise my suspicion. They (DVTs) are easy to test for with an ultrasound study (called a duplex Doppler). You could mention this to your doc.
