Please tell me the symptoms of hepatitis b in a baby?

No different: Not anything unique about hep b in babies, except that severe illness in babies needs more attentive care. Babies can get very sick more rapidly than adults.

Symptomatic or not: The primary difference for babies is a much higher rate of having no symptoms at all. This can occur in older kids & adults, ~50% have symptoms >5yo but in babies 99% may be asymptomatic. They can remain so even with chronic liver disease & only be picked up through random testing or when the liver starts to fail.
