Hypothyroid: You can get pregnant with low thyroid, but it's always better for your health and your child's to be on thyroid medicines all during and before pregnancy. The child born can have congenital hypothyroidism.

Yes,endangers baby &: You're less likely to conceive if you're hypothyroid but it's possible. If you don't take meds there is a greater risk of miscarriage, still birth, pre-eclampsia, placental abruption, postpartum hemorrhage,premature delivery, low birth weight & reduced intelligence of your baby. I don't understand why you would not take meds for it; to not do so is irresponsible. Don't conceive if you won't treat.
