Can be varied: The "typical" symptoms of a heart attack are like an 'elephant sitting on my chest.' however symptoms can be varied and be a tightness, fullness, burning or achiness in the chest, neck, jaw, shoulder or arm. Sometimes there will be a sense of nausea and sweatiness. Others will have a marked sense of shortness of breath. If you have these symptoms call your doctor or 911 immediately.
