Less likely: It could be secondary to cervical radiculopathy, in other words nerves getting pinched in the neck. You need full evaluation see a doctor.

Very unlikely: To have a CP from the heart for two days, you would have had a full-blown heart attack and its complications by now. To have it in both arms would mean that in all likelihood, it would have been both left and right coronary distribution, you would not be here asking questions. Search for a way less severe condition, especially for a young man. Just live a happy, healthy and normal life my boy.
