No: Sleep deprivation will not make you shorter. Sleep deprivation, however, is not a good thing for your mind or body for about a million other reasons. SD can lead to insulin resistance and diabetes, weight gain, memory loss, irritability, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and increased risk for heart attack and stroke. Just don't do it--even if it won't shrink you.
